Loved the lobby and the history of the hotel. The bars were great. Huge bathrooms. Beautiful place
They "lost" our confirmed reservation and the gentleman at the front desk made no effort to help us until Booked.net called and talked to the manager. Our guaranteed King suite was downgraded to a queen room with a toilet that would not flush and next door to a bachelor weekend group.

Love this beautiful hotel. Staff was top notch. The Domenica-restaurant, and in house coffee shop were both wonderful
They could have given us an additional bottle of water for the second night we stayed

Thank you so much for an amazing vacation stay! The hotel's location is excellent, quiet, and conveniently close to private parking. I loved how easy it was to access a coffee shop and oceanarium near the hotel.

The bedding was wonderful, the staff very friendly when they learned our room was near a loud outdoor air conditioning unit. They moved our luggage to a better room and prepared everything for us.
We left our room service card out around 10 am that evening for breakfast the next morning. It wasn't picked up, but when I called for room service they corrected the mistake and put our order to the top of the list.

Easy in, easy out valet!! Grand hallway simply beautiful!
1] Staff (cleaning & front desk) in no hurry to greet anyone, either with a "Good morning!" or a "May I help you?", especially since they are held captive by their handheld devices. 2] To pay $900+ for 2-night stay and have ZERO view was disappointing to say the least. Staff didn't provide any information at sign in regarding the lack of a view. Note to self: Don't stay on the inside wall unless you enjoy viewing air conditioning equipment et al and what could simulate as four walls of prison!

The location here is top-notch! You'll be just a stone's throw away from concert venues, plenty of hotels, cool shops, and of course, Bourbon Street 🎉. Plus, the French Quarter is also within easy reach for some great shopping opportunities.

The staff were very responsive and outstandingly helpful all the time. The location was magnificent, not too far away from Bourbon Street. We ate at the hotel's rustic restaurant for the guests, loved it.
